• All sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 
• Due to the high volume, please understand that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments or combine orders 
• Please read the product descriptions carefully for sizing advice to avoid disappointment 
• Due to this busy period, please note that we do not offer complimentary gift wrapping on sale purchases 
• To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order rather than requesting an exchange due to stock availability  
• Discount codes are not valid on sale items 
• We will do all we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however, due to the high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer than usual 
• As a goodwill gesture, we are happy to price match purchases made 24 hours prior to Sale starting, the value of this will be returned as Store Credit. Please note we do not offer any price matches on further reductions
